Technology & governance

Under the hood.

Two pieces of the Action Cell that buyers ask about most: the payment governance pipeline (what happens when an agent spends money) and the stack-agnostic architecture (what changes if you swap the underlying LLM). Both ship by default. Neither is optional.

Your stack · your choice

Governance is what we ship.
The model is your call.

Action AI ships oversight, not models. Bring Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or a self-hosted model on your own servers (Llama, Mistral) — the Ethical Harness wraps whatever you run. Governance, audit, escalation, and operator-readable controls don't change regardless of which model you pick.

Governance-first architecture

The Ethical Harness is an operator-readable control layer sitting above whatever model you run. Scope, audit, escalate — enforceable in plain English, not buried in model weights.

Bring your own model

Claude, ChatGPT, Llama, Mistral, or any self-hosted model running on hardware you control — the harness wraps them all the same way. No lock-in, no forced migrations, no vendor politics blocking the work.

SMB fill — the unserved middle

The 30M US small businesses the hyperscalers can't sell to directly. We meet them where their budget lives — governed deployments, not DIY APIs and YouTube tutorials.

Bilingual reach · EN / PT

Near-monopoly in Portuguese-language AI PM content. Brazilian diaspora, Lusophone enterprises, and Latin American SMBs — a market the frontier labs aren't translating to.

Human-centered credentials

Founder-led, credentialed end-to-end — BA · MSW · BS in hand — sitting for the PMP exam on July 7, 2026 and the CMAI exam in August 2026 (both in progress), with an active LCSW (renewal in progress). The ethics chapter isn't a page on a website — it's the lens harness policies get written through. Nonprofits, govt, healthcare: the hardest deployments.

Real deployments, not demos

Enterprise receipts across Ivy League, municipal government, and international wholesale distribution. SAM.gov UEI active; CAGE registered. Live pilots with solo operators and small firms. We can point at audit logs — not just architecture diagrams.

Conversion path · 7 steps · weeks 1–4 and beyond

From fit call to Hypercare — seven steps.

Two-step intake: a free fit call first to make sure your operation fits, then a paid Calibration to scope the deployment. After that the Calibration team stays with you through go-live and Hypercare. Every step is gated on your written sign-off. Nothing autonomous, nothing silent, nothing irreversible.

We define the KPIs with you. Before any agent runs in production, we sit with your team to scope the AI outcome metrics that matter to your business — response time, cost saved, decisions audited, hours returned — and instrument them at the harness layer so progress is measurable from day one. No vanity metrics. No "feels faster." Numbers your CFO can sign off on.

01

Fit call

Free 30-minute fit call. We map your workflow at a high level, tell you whether a Action Cell is actually the right fit for you, and send a one-page recommendation within 48 hours. Required before any Calibration. Ends with a written recommendation — not a hard close.

30 min · free · no commitment · required first step
02

Calibration — 60 min · wk 1–2

60-minute paid scoping session led by the Calibration team. Only booked after a fit call. We map your workflows in detail, draft the Ethical Harness policy (what each agent can touch, what escalates), lock the KPIs, and define the agent org chart. You sign off before anything is built.

60 min · paid · scoped · post-fit-call
03

Agents — wk 2–3

The four specialized agents — Intake, Ops, Comms, Reporting — configured to your business. Built and tested in our environment before they touch your stack. Each agent has a defined scope, permissions, and escalation rules.

intake · ops · comms · reporting
04

Harnessing — wk 3

All three governance harnesses applied: Training (AURA — operator literacy), Auditing (Live Dashboard + 7-year audit log), Payment (APEX™ — spend caps + approval gates). Configured to your policy and operator readiness.

training · auditing · payment
05

Deployment — wk 3–4

Mac Mini ships pre-configured to your address with the Action Book field guide. The Calibration team runs a 90-minute install session (remote or on-site), plugs it in, connects your tools, validates every harness control, walks through the Live Dashboard, confirms escalation paths, and signs off with an end-of-session checklist.

pre-configured · 90-min install · checklist signed
06

Training — wk 4

Team training (AURA): how to read agent activity, ratify recommendations, escalate edge cases, and use the audit log. Bilingual EN + PT delivery. People are ready before the agents act.

AURA · EN + PT · operator-first
07

Hypercare — wk 4 onward

(Managed mode shown — Self-Monitored clients run their own Hypercare watch; see What to expect below.) The Calibration team stays with you after go-live: monitors agent behavior, watches reliability against the 75% floor, tightens harness policy as workflows shift, and ensures the solution remains fit post-activation. Weekly one-page briefs land in your inbox — what shipped, what escalated, what's pending your ratification. You own the audit log. 30-day notice to walk, any time.

What it’s like to run an Action Box

Governance ships in the box. Oversight is your call.

One upfront Calibration, then you choose how the deployment is watched. The Agentic Command Center runs and enforces either way — the only question is whose eyes are on the dashboard.

Managed

We watch it with you.

  • We monitor agent behavior, respond to escalations, and send weekly one-page briefs.
  • Continuing AURA training seats, documentation kept current, workflow tuned as you grow.
  • $800 / $2,000 / $3,800 per month by size, + $2,000 Calibration.

Best for regulated, high-stakes, or lean teams who’d rather not staff the watch.

Self-Monitored

You hold the controls.

  • You run the Command Center and respond to escalations; we train your operator and keep the harness patched and current.
  • From $95 / month — tiered by size (Starter $95 / Core $245 / Scale $495) + your own model seat (you own the Claude account — no markup from us).
  • Support when you want it: $150 / hour (15-min minimum) — and anything safety-related is always free.
  • You can move up to Managed anytime.

Best for teams with a capable operator who want the lowest run cost.

True either way
  • All three governance harnesses — Training, Auditing, Agent Payment — scope, audit, escalate. Nothing autonomous, nothing silent, nothing irreversible.
  • The audit log is yours. Every action is signed and tamper-proof, retained 7 years. Need a record for an auditor, regulator, attorney, or investor? Signed log delivered within 48 hours of request — or your subscription month is free. No charge per request. No rate limit.
  • KPIs you signed off on at Calibration, instrumented from day one.
  • An honest 75% reliability commitment over a rolling 30 days — not a hyperscaler 99.9% promise.
  • A 30-day pilot ($4,500) before any standing commitment, and 30 days’ notice to walk, anytime.

Same box. Same harness. You pick the level of human oversight.
