Our Commitment
Action AI, LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.
Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
Measures We Take
- Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements are fully operable via keyboard
- Screen reader support: Semantic HTML, ARIA labels, and roles throughout
- Skip navigation: A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page
- Color contrast: Text meets WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios
- Focus indicators: Visible focus styles for keyboard navigation
- Reduced motion: Animations are disabled when
prefers-reduced-motionis set - High contrast mode: Supports Windows High Contrast and
forced-colors - Form labels: All form inputs have associated labels (visually hidden where appropriate)
- Text sizing: Content is readable at 200% browser zoom
- Alt text: Decorative images are marked
aria-hidden; meaningful images have descriptive text
Known Limitations
While we strive for full compliance, some areas may not yet be fully accessible:
- Third-party platforms we redirect or embed (MailerLite for email, Google Calendar for booking) may have accessibility limitations outside our control
- Some older PDF documents may not be fully tagged for screen readers
We are actively working to address these limitations.
Feedback
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you encounter any barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:
- Email: [email protected]
- Subject line: "Accessibility Feedback"
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days.
Enforcement
This statement was prepared based on a self-assessment. We plan to engage a third-party accessibility audit before full product launch.
