Action AI is a pre-revenue startup deploying governed AI teams for the operators big tech routed around. We’re actively looking for volunteers at this stage. The work is real, the customers are real, and the ground floor is still the ground floor. We hire people who want to own a function, not just fill a seat.
$600/year stipend for active volunteers until our seed (first) round closes. Once seed funding is secured, paid positions activate and current volunteers convert first — with equity-track ownership preserved through the change.
