1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Action AI website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Action AI, LLC provides AI infrastructure, professional consulting services, training programs, and digital products. Specific services are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW) and/or Master Services Agreements (MSA).
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use our services.
4. Waitlist & Communications
- Joining our waitlist does not guarantee access to any product or service
- We may send you relevant updates about products and services you expressed interest in
- You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of Action AI, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website
- Scrape, crawl, or data-mine our website without permission
7. Payment, Refunds & Cancellation
Service, retainer, hardware, and rental payments are invoiced directly. Action AI does not collect or store card numbers. Free digital downloads (Ethical Harness Lite kit, AURA Module 01 deck) are provided at no cost via the site. Additional sub-processors used in service delivery include HubSpot (CRM and marketing automation), MailerLite (email lists and learning sequences), and Cloudflare (hosting and DNS).
Refund & cancellation policy by SKU
- Free digital downloads (Ethical Harness Lite kit, AURA Module 01 deck): provided at no cost. Non-refundable because there is nothing to refund. Email [email protected] with any access or content questions.
- Hardware bundles ($799–$4,499 hardware one-time): 14-day return window from delivery, minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs. Hardware must be returned in original condition with all accessories.
- Monthly subscriptions ($95–$3,800/mo Self-Monitored or Managed, Starter / Core / Scale): cancellable with 30 days’ written notice. No mid-cycle refunds; access continues through the end of the billing period after notice.
- Fixed-fee professional services ($997–$15,000 remediation plans, implementations, pilots): 50% deposit at signing for engagements over $2,500; full payment at booking for $997 self-serve. Refundable in full if Action AI fails to deliver per the written SOW; non-refundable once delivered per spec.
- Fractional retainers ($3,500–$6,000/mo): cancellable with 30 days’ written notice. Pro-rata refund of unused days in the cancellation period.
- Workshops & AURA seats ($497–$3,500/day): refundable up to 7 days before scheduled delivery. Within 7 days, credit toward future delivery only.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Action AI, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding any claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our website.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Action AI, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation, then binding arbitration, in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
